Our office gladly accepts and files your insurance for you.  Please bring a copy of your current insurance card to your initial visit, and make sure we are notified of any changes that occur thereafter.

Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs indemnity (traditional), some in-network PPO’s, and all out-of-network PPO’s.  Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.   You are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Co-pays and deductibles are expected to be paid when services are rendered.

Fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. An insurance company may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not be the same as our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available and how fast they pay their claims.
